Lease Term: Most leases are a one year term. and each building has a specific lease expiration date. (4/30, 5/31, 6/30, 7/31)

Security Deposits: We DO NOT charge security deposits. No money will be refunded at the end of your lease.

Rent Payments: All rent payments must be made electronically through the Tenant Portal, and are free if made via eCheck.

Pets: If you have a pet there will be at least a $50 per month increase in rent.
We have no size limits on dogs, but they must be non-aggressive. We must be able to enter the apartment without you being there.

Smoking: All our apartments are non-smoking. You will be charged for painting and cleaning if smoking occurs in your apartment.

Utilities: You should sign up for Electric and Gas service as soon as you sign your lease to avoid an service disconnection and extra charges. Give them your move-in date and you will not be charged until then.

Satellite Dishes: Dishes are not allowed on any of our building due to the problems it creates. However, both AT&T: (800) 244-4444 & Comcast: (866) 594-1234 provide good service to all of our buildings.

Application Process: This usually takes from 1 - 3 days. You will be emailed as soon as we know your status. To secure an apartment you must submit the things below through our online system.

  1. Application: filled out for each applicant.
    (Click this link to start, if your apartment is not displayed below.)
  2. Driver's License & Pay Stub: a picture or scan uploaded to the online system for each application.

The following 3 fees will be paid via an email link that you will receive after submitting the application info above.

  1. Application Fee of $50, for each applicant.
  2. Admin Fee of $250, for each applicant.
  3. 1st Month's rent to secure the apartment.

The Application Fee is non-refundable, but the Admin Fee & 1st Month's rent will be refunded if your app is rejected.
